Our story

Where we started.

StrEAMline was started in 2023 by Tony Bolan, who saw a gap in the existing landscape of asset management events. The reliability and maintenance professionals doing the actual work needed a space to compare notes that wasn’t structured around back-to-back vendor pitch sessions.

Year one drew 70 attendees and a handful of sponsors who shared the vision. By 2026, that number had grown to over 1,200 practitioners from 22 countries and 38 industries.

The premise hasn’t changed. The sessions are practitioner-led. The sponsors are partners, not pitch artists. The connections you make at StrEAMline tend to outlast the event by years.
