Share Your Expertise at StrEAMline

We’re looking for practitioners, EAM end users, customers, and industry experts who have real-world experiences, lessons learned, and ideas to share with the StrEAMline community.

Whether you have a proven approach, a lesson learned from the field, or a new way of thinking about asset management, we want to hear from you.

Speaker submissions close October 15, 2026.

Selected speakers will be notified by the end of October.

2027 Content Tracks

This year, we’re especially interested in sessions that align with one of three key content tracks:

AI Enablement

How are organizations putting AI to work within asset management? Share practical applications, lessons learned, opportunities, challenges, or strategies for using AI to improve how teams work and make decisions.

Data Unification

How are you bringing systems, teams, and information together? We’re looking for sessions focused on improving data quality, connecting systems, breaking down silos, and creating a more complete view of asset performance.

Real-World Application

Show us what EAM looks like in practice. Share a project, process, challenge, transformation, or lesson learned that other asset management professionals can apply within their own organizations.

Need Some Inspiration?

Not sure what to submit?

Have a story to share but not sure where to start? Here are a few topics we’re especially interested in hearing from the user community about this year.

â–  AI Enablement

From Operator Signal to Executable Work How has your organization improved the path from maintenance request to actionable work? Share what helped improve intake, triage, prioritization, planning, or routing — including where AI or data-driven insights may be making a difference.

Plan the Work, Schedule the Right Work How does your team balance preventive maintenance, corrective work, backlog, labor capacity, production needs, and other competing priorities? We’re looking for practical approaches to planning and scheduling, including where data or AI is helping teams make better decisions.

â–  Data Unification

Bulk Changes Without Breaking EAM Have you used Attune EAM Import and Upload Utilities for a data migration, cleanup effort, bulk update, or multi-site standardization project? Share what worked, what didn’t, and the processes your team developed along the way.

Creative Solutions with Flex Business Rules How has your organization used Flex Business Rules to simplify the user experience, guide employees through processes, or reinforce operating procedures? We’d love to hear the problem you were solving, what you built, and what you learned.

Making Attune EAM Work in the Enterprise How has your organization connected Attune EAM to the broader technology landscape? Share your approach to integrations, system ownership, data flows, security, reporting, upgrades, or other considerations involved in maintaining an enterprise EAM environment.

When Is Your Asset Hierarchy Fit for Decision-Making? How has your team approached asset structure, hierarchy, naming conventions, criticality, data cleanup, and governance? Share how those decisions have helped — or hindered — maintenance planning, reporting, failure analysis, integrations, and other business decisions.

Have Something Else to Share?

These topics are meant to provide inspiration, not limit your submission.

If you have a different experience, lesson learned, project, or perspective that aligns with AI Enablement, Data Unification, or Real-World Application, we encourage you to submit it.
