George Williams

George is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ReliabilityX. He has over 25 years experience in Life Sciences and food manufacturing industries. George has a master’s degree in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Management from Monash University. He is certified in Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasound, and Motion Amplification. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Leader (CRL), CRL Black Belt (CRLBB), an Uptime Award Winner, Solutions Award Winner, and the 2016 CMRP of the Year recipient. He is a well-recognized thought leader, change agent, speaker and teacher within the industry. He teaches courses as part of the University of Wisconsin’s Maintenance and Reliability Management Certificate program.
Greg Christensen

CMMSradio is helping clients navigate their CMMS journey, with guest and monologue episodes, to highlight best-practices and various journey stories around CMMS, maintenance, and the like. I talk about all things CMMS including facilities maintenance, maintenance and reliability, the maintenance mindset, culture and the like, with various guests to share insights and stories. As an active CMMS consultant this podcast offers another way for me to help those involved in their own projects while connecting with experts to showcase their backgrounds and insights. It keeps me connected to the industry and I get to work with a lot of people on a subject we're all passionate about.

Experienced leader in technology sectors, specializing in Solutions Management, Ownership, and Design. His diverse career spanning multiple industries, including Transportation and Logistics, Automotive and Industrial Discrete Manufacturing, and Software Development.
Jennifer Shivers

Jennifer Shivers is an experienced asset management professional with a proven track record in optimizing operations and ensuring the long-term sustainability of infrastructure. Her journey in asset management really took shape in 2014 while working in the Maintenance division of Tucson Water, where she became certified in reliability-centered maintenance practices.
Building on this foundation, Jennifer’s expertise in project management and organizational change management has been instrumental in guiding her organization through the replacement of its asset management system, transitioning to Hexagon EAM in 2022 as part of a broader digital transformation initiative.
Currently serving as a Manager at Tucson Water, Jennifer oversees the development and implementation of strategies to effectively manage the city’s water assets, utilizing Hexagon EAM SaaS, which was fully implemented in 2022. Her deep understanding of asset management principles and water utility operations enables her and her team to drive improvements in system performance and deliver reliable service to the community.
Stuart Johnson

Experienced Planning & Scheduling Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the gas transmission pipeline industry. Skilled in Asset Management, Management, Planning & Scheduling, Leadership, and Work Management. Strong operations professional with a wide range of experience from daily operations and corrosion control to computerized maintenance management systems.
Peter Jurcso

Peter Jurcso is an experienced, multilingual business application engineer and system analyst within the Engineering Information Management service at CERN (located in Geneva, Switzerland). He is currently dedicated to working on CERN’s digital asset management platform serving the world's largest and most complex scientific instrument, the Large Hadron Collider.
Born in Hungary, Peter holds multiple degrees in engineering, computer science, and education from various universities in Budapest, Hungary, and earned his MBA degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland.
Peter boasts a proven track record of successfully leading projects in engineering, finance, and human resources within international settings. He is also committed to investing in the training and development of future generations, often mentoring young professionals and conducting training courses as an instructor.
Dora Heimsoth

I grew up in the small fishing village of Anchor Point, Alaska, and later moved to interior Alaska, where my journey in construction and turnaround management began. In 2008, I had the privilege of joining Koch Industries at Flint Hills Resources North Pole Refinery, where I honed my expertise in refining operations and asset management.
In 2021, I expanded my professional experience by transitioning to Infor as an Alliance Manager, gaining valuable insights into technology and collaboration strategies. Recently, I’ve returned to Flint Hills Resources as a Business Architect, focusing on Asset Management with an emphasis on work execution, machinery, and electrical capabilities.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for optimizing processes, fostering innovation, and delivering value through strategic asset management.
